You could apply for a new account and see if they send a visa. My new NatWest card is visa so perhaps that’s all they’re issuing atm for new accounts.

This was a replacement for a MasterCard? Was it damaged or lost?
I just replace it (Lost), after I saw you guys post they issuing Visa , I don’t like MasterCard 
DONT USE DAMAGED, they will give you a new card with same card number, and then you will getting MasterCard again
So it seems:
Whole new card (either lost, or new account) = Visa
Damaged and presumably natural expiry = Mastercard, if you already had one

I reported mine lost and they sent a debit mastercard.
If you have a MasterCard already you’ll continue to get one. If you still have a Visa debit then you’ll still be sent a Visa debit so it seems.

Ha ha I reported mine lost the cards turned up as a MasterCard id much prefer Visa. That was a NatWest account, I might try my RBS one and see what happens.

Once it’s issued it will show in the app. We need someone to open a new Drummonds or Child & Co, or report a lost card…. We must have answers

Thank you! That’s good, so anyone can get one? I can’t find a way of opening one however. Is there is trick I’m missing?
