with my phone the chat line link is not working, maybe latest version of android?. Under contact support it says chat with us, but when you press that nothing happens. How can I get to the support chat, and yes I have tried searching for everything conceivable
Delete the app, RESTART your phone, reinstall.
If that fails, buy an iPhone.

Search contacting support and go from another location within the app instead of your current page.
If failing again, try turning off the new app view if you have it active.
