Charge back button does not work

Issue: I cant start a charge back process because the app either crash or jump right back to the transactgion details once I clicked “I have evidence“

Details to reproduce:

1.Go to the transaction details where I want to start a charge back

2.Click “something wrong? Get help“

3.Click “Get help“

4.Click “Continue“ (“You made the payment youself“ in my case)

5.Choose “A problem with something you paid for but weren’t tricked into buying“, then “Next”

6.Click “Yes, start chargeback“

7.”I have evidence”

8.The screen will show the loading circle for a few seconds before going back to step 1

OS: Android 16, One UI 8.0
Device: Samsung S24 Ultra
App Version:7.17.0
