Hello, i’m using your api in my app to create feed items for things, seems awkward to have the till register sound when no payment is made.
I would appricate the sound being changed to something else.
Switch the sound off in settings.
Cannot see Monzo amending their api to assist your app.
Nothing in it for them for the work involved 
Its a very easy change to make with not too much logic, there is something in it for them, they have a nicer user experience for their product. Monzo isn’t really alone in this space of banking apps anymore.
Besides… I did explain I’m building an app with their api, you would like for me to tell my users to switch their sound off? Great first welcome 
Why should Monzo tweak how their app operates just to suit you, they’ve other more important things to be working on
