I wish it was easier to get to the cashback screen without having to scroll to the bottom. I often need to go in and check if I have activated an offer, or if there is one for the retailer I am shopping at, but it feels so hidden away.

It’s also accessible from the plus button at the top, albeit towards the bottom of the list.
Monzo still hasn’t paid me my cashback from eBay . This was on 15th December. Apparently it’s still being looked into. Comes to something when I have to chase a bank to monitor my own cashback. Monzo still has a lot of work to be done.
Yep, I’m in the same boat, Cashback tracked 24th November , wasn’t paid automatically 35 days later , raised a case end of December, I ask for updates and I am always told the same thing “they’re investigating”

Cashback Local - People have local Cashback deals for local shops to them. You could have small shops sign up to Monzo Cashback so that users of Monzo are encouraged to shop local. Local loyalty would increase and they could be longer term Cashback timeframes. Who wouldn’t want to shop locally if they were getting Cashback regularly?!…
