I opted out as it seemed like they hoovering up the data but not doing anything useful (for me) with it.

Decided to also talk with my feet and opt out also.

Utterly useless offers and not personalised at all as we were told they would be.

They clearly are, that’s why everyone has different things. Everyone just wanted it to be ā€œYou go to Five Guys a lot, here’s 5% cashbackā€ but instead it’s ā€œYou’ve never been to NK, please try it and we’ll give you some money backā€

Same here. Offers are the EXACT same poor offerings that have been extended yet again. I loved this during the first couple of pilot phases as the offers were great… now they are totally pants!!

Looking back through my cashback history, other than CardFactory (which I am STILL awaiting missing cashback since 17th Dec @veronique_barbosa @iankent @jamesmcdonagh @RoreEricaOkoh), I haven’t claimed any cashback since 24th Nov as they just aren’t suitable.

Definitely considering opting back out.

Going on two months for my missing Cashback, it tracked just didn’t pay out after 35 days automatically.

Two eBay transactions.

Would like to opt out but I can’t because it says I will lose those transactions.

I’m still on immediate payout thanks to the trails. CardFactory didn’t track at all

They’ve opted me out without any need for me to do anything. I’m still enrolled bit don’t use any offers. That’s a metric they can count.

I think this is the better way to do it. They are going to try and entice you more if you’re enrolled but not spending.

Make-up brand, I believe. I happened to be in town once wondering why the place was rammed with proto-influencers, and it turned out a Space NK store was opening that day.

Another here who has now opted out. If you are selling my data at least offer me something of some interest even if it is only pennies. Just repeating the same offers isn’t going to cut it with me.

It’s been live about 5 minutes. That’s why.

Less than two months since it went live to more people and the external partner.

Usually I agree with you but there really isn’t a wildly different array of offers so ā€œpersonalisedā€ is a bit of a stretch. I’m one of the first to defend Monzo but this really hasn’t been done very well, at least so far.

Perhaps in the grand scheme of things I’m in the minority thinking this way, but I don’t get the inclination that I am.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying this has been good since the launch!

And maybe everyone who opts out will get a survey and they’ll be able to explain why and maybe Monzo will listen. But any future betters offers won’t be seen if you’ve opted out (Unless you’re on here daily)

Maybe because they havent the gumption to realise the nearest one is over 100 miles from me. The logic is incredibly flawed and not personalised at all when they offer me cashback on virgin trains every time… yet virgin trains or LNER is not a thing in Northern Ireland.

Anyway the offerings been woeful so ive now opted out.
