How is that a helpful reply? Can you name another bank that allows cash deposits via a shop in the evening? My post was directed to Monzo in the hope they will revise their cash deposit limits. Hopefully they will give a better response!
It’s a very helpful reply, it’s just not the answer to you want.
Monzo won’t reply and they are unlikely to change it.
If you can wait until the next day then Starling let’s you use the post office and they are more widespread than a bank.

As above. Sadly you should have taken this into consideration this before opening.
It’s also not entirely a decision for Monzo to make. Shops will have to increase their risk for handling and storing more cash too.

that this is a community full of customers, with only a few, infrequent, visits from Monzo staff. Have a search of the forum and there might be a post you can vote on which might attract Monzo’s attention. Better still, contact Monzo directly. Your feedback might be directed to one of the decision making staff.
Monese offer PayPal deposits, 9K a month if I recall correctly in their plus account. Check their website for further information
Pay for Monese classic for the year. Only works out at about £4 a month and you can deposit 900 a month via the pay point or post office
Premium is unlimited I think
