Cash back notification not showing in joint account

My wife used a Lidl cash back offer. She can see the cash back notification but I can’t.

It’s a joint account so we both need to see these things. Can you get this fixed please?

You don’t get the notification because you didn’t spend the money.

Nothing more to be done here.

But when the other person spends, you get a notification. So why not for cashback on that same spend?

Cashback goes to the personal account, not the joint. Even if you use the joint card.

It’s a joint account. Both parties require the notifications.

As the money was spent on as joint account the cash back should go to that account and all account holders should be notified.

Revels covered it, the spend was sent to both users as a notification.

Only you get notified the cashback as only you receive the cashback.

No. You’re notified of the spend. You didn’t earn anything so no need to tell you.
