Card hasn't arrived - app reorder button not working either

Hi! I’ve recently opened a personal account and a joint account. The cards have not arrived for either account. I have tried to use the ‘reorder card’ button on the app but it is not working.

When did you open the accounts and what date does it say the cards should arrive by?

I think it makes you wait a certain amount of time before you can re-order. Seems strange for both cards to be lost.

I didn’t think you could open both accounts at the same time :confused:

Don’t ask me why but I always assumed you had to have activated your current account before you could apply for a joint one. :man_shrugging: Presumably because there is functionality like moving money between and such which would all break if you didn’t?
