Can't select transactions on direct debit indemnity form

Issue:

When I select a direct debit, something wrong, collected in error, get in touch, select transactions, it says “Select transactions, ready when you are”, but there is no list of transactions.

OS: Android 15
Device: Google Pixel 9

App Version: 5.92.0

It works for me (Android 14, Monzo app beta 5.93.0) - I get a list of transactions to pick.

Try this first:

  • Uninstall the :monzo: app
  • Restart your device (important)
  • Download & install the :monzo: app
  • Login & retry to check if the issue is fixed or not
