How about we add some of that baby AI in Monzo’s targets? Even though it kinda basic doesn’t mean it should be totally rigid. Eg. due to the bank holiday I got paid earlier this month, now Monzo thinks I got paid double and I have no way to move this payment in next months quota.
After adding a few more if conditions you guys too can advertise using state-of-the-art machine learning and AI to empower the users to save money!
