Can I open a Monzo account for someone else, if I have Power of Attorney? I am a Monzo account holder myself, but the donor does not have a Monzo account.

That person would need to be able to verify themselves, via the video at sign up.
If they are able to do that and open the account in the usual manner; you can be added as third party access: Monzo | Trusted Access
