Can I make a deposit at any bank in America or transfer from my American bank account to a Monzo bank account and how long does it take to process?

From my international transfers I’ve done in the past, I’ve done it through TransferWise or before that a Forex company of some sort (NZForex) when I was moving from NZ.

I use transferwise now because Monzo’s situation with IBAN is a bit different to other banks (there’s a thread somewhere talking about IBAN and Monzo).

In terms of depositing money in the US, I’m pretty sure you cannot do it :thinking:

I’d recommend using TransferWise for international transfers.

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘deposit at any American bank.’ What exactly are you trying to do?
