Me and my partner split bills quite often and find it tedious to pay them back one by one. It would be good to have a tick box where you can select the split bills and pay back all at once.

yup, Running Split is what you need to use. Me and my partner use that.
We add anything not paid via Joint Account but is shared expense to the running split. On payday, whoever owes the other pays the tab but it usually evens itself out over the month anyway.
