Currently you can set budgets on specific spend categories, but what I think would be more useful is to be able to set budgets on specific merchants. For example, Deliveroo! 
As a workaround, you can create a Deliveroo pot with the amount you want for the month and redeem money from it whenever you spend at Deliveroo using IFTTT.
