Interesting. Think I’m with others, I’m not ready to vote Monzo as the best bank yet.
I have no doubt I’ll be voting Monzo very soon though.

My experience of the chat waiting times seems they are improving. I don’t often use the chat help, but my 5th December query was responded to by Beth in under twenty seconds and resolved within three minutes so I can’t be more impressed with support.
