“The Monzo Mastercard Debit Card is issued by Sutton Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated.”

The text in the ‘country switcher’ needs changing to black so it is legible :slight_smile:

From the article Monzo wrote

"Monzo isn’t a bank in the US yet, so we’ll be working with a partner bank to make sure that your money’s safe (it’ll be fully FDIC-insured). "

Not necessarily;

Monzo isn’t a bank in the US yet, so we’ll be working with a partner bank to make sure that your money’s safe (it’ll be fully FDIC-insured).

Sutton bank?

Might not charge for overdraft in the US :man_shrugging:t2:

Oh overdraft being free is very interesting

Will UK end up subsidising US benefits?

Fee != interest?

No loans, and possibly no overdraft fees - so not much profitability to had as of right now (albeit the US is a gold-mine for ATM fees) so I doubt the UK will subsidise (especially seeing as Monzo aren’t even profitable yet).
