Has anyone got info on marathonbet withdrawals, I withdrew on the 12th and haven’t received funds from that date but have received funds that were made after this one. I’ve received all my money from other sites but still waiting on this one.
My guess would be it’s the same situation as is being discussed in here.

We’ve been promised that tonight’s clearing cycle will have the missing credits from:
- Kwiff
- Lottoland
- WHG
- RaceBets
- Novibet
- Admiral Casino
- MyLotto24
We haven’t been able to get a confirmation for when, but we know re-submissions are in-progress for:
- Betfair
- Matchbooks
- FSB
- Betfred
Again, I need to stress that we have no direct control over this, all I can do from here is contact the payment providers, drive home the urgency in this, and help them locate the correct files.
If someone tells us they’re going to send us a file, and then don’t, I can chew them out for it, find out why they haven’t been sent over, and make sure they do it properly this time - but then I still have to wait until the midnight clearing cycle to find out if they actually did it properly this time, and repeat until we’ve got everything.
Your ARNs are invaluable here, because they let us answer that question, “is this everything?”, with a simple yes/no answer.
But again, as much as I’d like to, I can’t make money appear out of thin air. Directing your anger towards us can’t change that. I realise that you’re frustrated, but we’re doing everything we can.
But we do care.
As an issuer, this isn’t technically our problem. On Thursday, we could’ve thrown our hands in the air, decided that our job here was done, now that we’ve confirmed that it was a network fault, and let Mastercard and the acquirers sort it out on their own devices.
But as an issuer, we’re also in a position where we can help. We can chase acquirers, look at historical data, check clearing files. And because we’re in a position where we can help not only our users, but everyone using these sites and a Mastercard, we decided that it wouldn’t be right not to.

Getting real fed up now, not with Monzo, but with Betfair. Been a customer for 4 years, but I’ll close my account if I ever get my money.
Been waiting for a £1000 for 2 weeks and got no where … haven’t offered me a penny as a goodwill gesture despite being a vip with a personal account manager . Some people of had £200 in free bets
Not the only one just waiting for it to clear and leaving. Not because of the delay but for way treated also vip with personal account manager and long time customer I think they are just beginning to realise how big this has been due to changes in their communication but they lost me.
My Betfair account is only still open now because they probably won’t deal with me if I close it now.
The moment I receive my funds, it’s getting closed.

Well betfair said by closing hours tomorrow I should have the money, to other guy they said by Monday we will see
