Weāve just moved back to using our Monzo Joint Account for all our general spending.
If you scroll up and down, and go back and forth into the same screen it changes.
Guessing either an iOS beta issue or something not working as it should with monzo (someone referred to another app doing it also).
Not on the beta, so probably an app issue or a bug with the current version of iOS. Havenāt encountered it anywhere else, though
Itās already been flagged and they are going to sort it soon I suspect

If you submitted the form then youāve been invited, but youād only get an email if youāre opted in to marketing.
It should show up in the app, either just below pots if youāre on the new app experience (but if you canāt see it, try tapping the + button in the top right) or in āThings you can do with Monzoā on the old app experience.

Succesfully used on a Deliveroo purchase - visual % awarded in main feed is great!
Didnāt work for Greggs using a virtual card.
Not able to report it as missing either as transactions shown when reporting it only show those in main account feed.
Got through on the last round and did two Pret transactions today! One from current account and one from flex to test that out.
- Transaction from current account came with the cashback notification and cashback is shown on transaction additional info page.
- Flex transaction didnāt have cashback notification (would perhaps be a bit too much alongside the āchoose your durationā notification. Also no Cashback details on the additional details page. BUT cashback is showing on the Cashback page. Would be nice if this was made a bit more obvious at the time of the transaction or on the additional info page.
I actually believed the cashback didnāt work with the flex transaction for a while (and was fine with that), but pleasantly surprised to see it in the Cashback list. Would be nice if it could be a little more obvious however.
I didnāt get an invite and filled in this form too! A shame really. Should we contact customer services to check this?

After a bit more use Iāve decided Iād strongly favour a single list which combines the activated and non-activated offers (perhaps with filter buttons to enable you to toggle between all, activated, and non-activated). Having to look at two separate lists to remember which offers are available or activated is a bit irritating (for me anyway).
Anyone had experience with cashback not tracking?

Itās usually the merchant name being incorrect.
