Has anyone received the switching bribe? I see they also have the same 8% regular saver as Lloyds. Their app & online banking really needs a new design.

Unfortunately not. I’m not Admin-level, so can only do the minor housekeeping granted to a Regular-status user.
Admin-level people here seem to have vanished. Like an old oak table (Percy-veer with the ads…)

Hardly surprising. The community has essentially been reduced to the same dozen or so users just repeating the exact same things endlessly, perhaps slightly reworded.
The same happened on the Starling Community. The first sign of trouble was staff spending less time on the site, then the official admins also took a step back…
I still think a feedback system within the app itself would better serve their needs. 
Worth noting that we do have separate threads for NatWest, RBS and Ulster. Although their products do tend to differ more than Lloyds and BoS.
