Automatically apply a #tag to recurring transactions

This has been mentioned before, but thought I’d add it again as we’re voting now. Exciting.

I’d like to be able to add a #tag to recurring transactions (salary, direct debits, standing orders etc). Tags are useful, but less so if I have to manually update them.

The ability to add recurring notes to recurring transactions would have more functionality (but the idea is basically the same as adding recurring tags).
