It sounds like you’re suggesting the ability to add recurring notes and tags to recurring transactions. You can vote for that feature here:

This has been mentioned before, but thought I’d add it again as we’re voting now. Exciting. I’d like to be able to add a #tag to recurring transactions (salary, direct debits, standing orders etc). Tags are useful, but less so if I have to manually update them.
