Are Monzo phasing out the Chat? (Moved from ‘new fees’ thread)

All I’m saying is that their is a thread that shows over 10 people stating it’s being removed.

Kind of irrelevant what 10 people said if Monzo themselves said chat is not being phased out, two days ago.

For the record there’s no phased roll out going on. It’s fully rolled out now and you either see the button on the help page (depending on various criteria) or you don’t, and see it on various help articles instead.
