Hi there, for some reason when I try an open the app to check my account it goes to a black screen and then it shuts the app down. I’ve restarted my phone and it’s still not working. Any help or advice would be great as I’m at a lost.
Try reinstalling the app as this usually solves strange behaviour like this.
Remove it first, restart your phone and then reinstall
