Itās available in the old view but recently removed in the business account on the old view which is especially annoying as I now have to ādo mathsā to compare my Xero total balance with my Monzo total balance.

Itās available in the old view
Thatās strange, it doesnāt work for me on Premium. Thereās a total for the main account and a total for pots - the same as Overview. No wherever have I ever been able to see the total amount of money Iām holding with Monzo, or technically within my current account.
Whao, thatās a lot of Revolut accounts
I understand that but itās just a bit too basic.
If monzo think I need to see my direct debits from this morning, then show all six. If they donāt, donāt show me any.
This kind of intelligence and usability was what made the monzo app great, but it seems to be lacking from Overview.
It doesnāt care they all came out today, itās showing you the last 3 transactions, two card and one debit, which is 3, as designed?

If monzo think I need to see my direct debits from this morning, then show all six. If they donāt, donāt show me any.
@N26throwaway this is what I was responding to. Monzo isnāt showing a direct debit because it was out today, itās showing it because itās one of most recent 3.
Regular readers will know that Iāve got a bit of a theory that the redesign is needed before Monzo launches things like investments.
Perhaps new products are coming up and go live for the new screen is a required milestone for launch?
I have to say that I really donāt like it as it is.
Maybe the point isnāt clear. If Monzo claimed they showed todayās transactions, not just most recent, Iād understand showing all 6?
Remember when you said donāt be patronising the other day?
Anyway, if thatās what you took from what OP said then sure, why not.
See, I thought the same about the gesture being missing until I realised that back just does the same function, so I use the back gesture. It took some getting used to as I kept trying to swipe down but to me, itās just as functional if not moreso to use back.
Unless this is an Android Vs iOS thing?
My android will swipe back on any page and any app. iPhone is a little more specific on what it can and canāt swipe back on.
Iāve just tested and unfortunately that doesnāt seem to work on iOS. Itās the X or nothing. The back gesture would work just as well and Iād be happy with that as well, although considering the Monzo app has so many swipe down gestures it would feel more consistent
Other accounts:
* Account £1.23
* Account £1.55
* Account £0
Looks odd. Zero balance accounts should be rendered as "Ā£0.00"
maybe? Or maybe as "Ā£0 "
such that it is decimal point aligned.
Similarly in borrowing:
Borrowing
* Loan -Ā£100.12
* Mortgage -Ā£10000
Makes it look like the loan is just as large if not bigger than the mortgage, when it is not true at all by 100x factor.
What happens when you go to the Trends screen via the navigation bar at the bottom of the app and then use the back gesture to try to get back to app home screen?
When I do this I get thrown out of the app.
Back gesture doesnāt work on this journey. Tapping back on home works fine.
Thanks. Wasnāt sure if it was just me. Iāll post it as a bug.

It does feel weird that itās being launched to new customers and people who arenāt opting in before itās got key elements like connected accounts at the top and customisable layouts because then changing these people over to even more change later on may be weird for them rather than getting them used to a block of new things all at once.
Itās the opposite really. Thereās less of a change for someone going from the new to new with changes, than there is going from old to the new with changes.
I agree.
You canāt miss what you never had/experienced

Zero balance accounts should be rendered as
"Ā£0.00"
Yes - most annoying, and one I missed off my niggles list. This is basic stuff.
Edit: monospaced font too for numbers.
