Aye yes I just discovered that. It still shows notes at the top. I like how your notes show on the Home Screen. Thats pretty useful but can’t say I will ever need to put a note against something unless maybe someone is paying me for something and I need to keep track.

I prefer Split bill higher tbf as I’m more likely to use it. Might mean more people start using it too, and you can share a link to friends not on monzo (to sign up) within that screen (not sure if it was always there).

Maybe it does. But it also improves it for more people who use the other things more often.

v5.60 hasn’t hit me yet on Android but it would be interesting to see what changes they make for us.
I have Category on its own, then Split the bill, shared tab, notes/tags and then receipt grouped together, followed by the big “flex it” button which takes up way too much real estate.
Edit: v5.60 beta just dropped for Android, and there’s no change to the order for me.

I’m pretty sure you used to be able to split with non Monzo people but I can’t see it anymore. The app has changed a lot since I last looked for it, maybe they removed it a while ago

Don’t know if its just me with this issue. I have removed the pots option from my home screen as I dont need it but every now and then it makes an appearance back to my home screen without me doing anything. Its happened a few times now - just a bit of a pain that I need to continually remove what I have already removed.
On a side note, I am unable to delete payees from my Monzo that are contacts in my phone. Any way round this without deleting my phone contact?

This looks reminiscent of the old UI and I’m here for it! Does anyone know the reason or rhyme as to why they’ve changed it?

I get the same if I disable ‘New account views’ in Settings → Monzo Labs
While this Labs option is still available, disabling it takes you back to the older carousel view. But the main card ‘stack’ is still there and pots are still moved from ‘under’ the account(s) into their own section in-between ‘Activity’ and ‘Savings & Investments’

Personally I think Labs needs a spring clean. There are too many things in there like Hide left to spend and tag suggester which have been there for a long time…and are they even relevant now?

I get the feeling the development team is small and keep getting pulled onto different projects so things get left unfinished until they get back around to them.

Looks like you can now see whether you card is frozen from the new account view for your personal account and joint account… Good job 
However looks like someone forgot to add the same functionality to Flex
