When i am trying to send money to another bank (another account of my own) it asks me fornthe bank details twice before crashing on me and the app shutting down. Its not due an update so i dont know what to do. Iv got money in the account i urgently need to move to my other account so not being able to do this sint great. How do i sort it or get in contact woth someone who can sort it
Delete the app. Restart your phone. Reinstall.
That’s the quickest/easiest thing to try.
Then speak to Monzo. Help section, search “contact” and press “Contacting Us”
