App crashing immediately

Issue: app is crashing immediately after tapping the app icon. I think this is my first use of the app since upgrading it.

I have tried double tapping home button and swiping Monzo App up, then resetting app in Settings. Also tried turning phone off and rebooting.

Details to reproduce:
OS: IOS 13.3
Device: iPhone SE
App Version: latest

Hi there @Davie - Thanks for letting us know! We’ve had a few similar reports today and we’re looking into the root cause :slight_smile:

For now, could you please uninstall and reinstall the app? This seems to be fixing it whilst we try and track down what might be causing it.

I reinstalled and logged in again. I then closed the app, reopened it and it crashed again. On the 2nd and subsequent attempts it opens fine.
