I wonder how effective this will be in a world where people are sanitising their hands every five minutes! :man_shrugging:

After I sanitise mine, on entering a shop, I find it extremely frustrating and annoying when trying to open my phone, with fingerprint, to enable GPay.

It shouldn’t make much difference. According to the article, the customer hovers their hand over the reader.
