Adding Notes and Tags

When attempting to add a note or tag to a transaction for the first time the note/tag is not saved. After leaving the window and going back to re enter it for the second time it is saved. This occurs every time I attempt to add a note to any transaction.

iOS 14 and 15
iPhone 12 Pro
Monzo version 4.0.0 and previous version

I have the same problem. This is starting to be annoying.
