so when you click on that link and enter the email address you use for your monzo account, what happens?
this page im on comes up
Did you follow the log in instructions on web.monzo.com?
Enter your email address.
Go to your email provider.
Monzo will have sent you a log in link.
Press “log in to Monzo”.
Your A/c no and Sort code will be on the page, in blue bubbles, right below your name.
try and type it in manually then web . monzo . com (no spaces)

Wait for the page to load.
Click on the blue button ‘Continue to login’
Follow the instructions.
