Ability to pause scheduled payments to pots

As title.

tldr; the ability to “pause” scheduled payments to pots.

Basically I have my Monzo set up proper tight. My salary is sorted into pots and my payments come out of the pots later in the month, or some goes to savings etc. Kinda bread and butter stuff.

My use case, probably unusual but not totally unique I’m sure: I work contracts and I’m between two this month, not particularly odd in my game, but it means I got paid last month, I’ll get paid next month, but this month I won’t get paid.

My Monzo is kicking off because my scheduled payments won’t be covered tomorrow (mainly just pots trying to organise themselves), and that’s true, if they do I’ll be past the end of my overdraft. So I need to screenshot them and then cancel them all, only to set them up again in a few days. It would be really useful to be able to “pause” the schedule temporarily!

Can’t you edit them to go from the next date you want them to go from?

If it’s common you don’t get paid at a regular interval, don’t use scheduled deposits on pots. Instead use salary sort
