Kroo used to be like that when they 1st started but now they try again in the afternoon
My 7.5% savings offer is ending in Jan. Fun while it lasted.

Is that to pay zopa credit? I had this ages ago with them. They said they fixed it.
No, was trying to pay my Barclaycard.
Ohhh, that is an odd one.
Guess it’s a security thing.
…and don’t get me started on how annoying saying PAN number is! They should know better.

Had the same problem. Ended up paying by direct debit as Zopa pay cash back on it.
Email from Zopa just now with some updates to their banking T&Cs coming up in February, the most interesting changes are:
Pots
You’ll soon be able to open Pots within your Zopa bank account, giving you more ways to manage your money.
Benefits
In 2026, we’ll be making some adjustments to our bank account benefits – allowing non-fixed rate customers to select their own from several options, which will be set out in the Fees and Useful Information document in the Zopa app.
