I only use Zopa for my cash savings. App is fine. Its easy to use and things are clearly laid out. No dark mode.
Some features I’d like, which it doesn’t have:
- ability to send money direct to any pot from external sources (currently you have to send money first to a primary pot and then manually transfer within app to your other pots)
- ability to access Zopa accounts via open banking
- ability to add notes to pots.
Never had a need for customer support.
