I disagree, Starling app is nicer and easier to use than Chase for sure. Cannot get on with Chase at all.
Starling was simple, Spending was great, Spaces and payments tabs were also great.
Chase insights or whatever itās called is crap, canāt exclude transactions, also isnāt enough relatable categories to suit me (thereās similar but I donāt like the way they are).
I can state that Monzo has the objectively better UX whilst personally having a preference for the much simpler and minimalistic Chase UI.
Itād be foolish, and demonstrative of an anti-Monzo bias (I like Monzo; always have) to deny their prowess in building a really good user experience and user interface (if often feeling unfinished and unpolished).
I 100% understand the complaints, itās quite the change since the new UI and I wasnāt keen myself at first but once I got used to it I much prefer it. It probably helped that I used it during early access so it wasnāt a sudden change.
