I’ll probably get called a fanboy but I honestly think Monzo is the best app in it’s current form.

I’m with the people complaining about the app. I can see what they’re trying to do, but I struggle.
Chase is my favourite. Starling is easy to use but only because they don’t have much going on.

I 100% understand the complaints, it’s quite the change since the new UI and I wasn’t keen myself at first but once I got used to it I much prefer it. It probably helped that I used it during early access so it wasn’t a sudden change.

These rewards are a joke. I use most of the accounts and Monzo should be cleaning up most of the awards by a mile (in my opinion at least).

That’s your view, different people like different things in a banking app.
I used to love Monzo and while I still like the app, it’s become too busy for me. I preferred the previous versions.
I also really like starling, it’s simple, effective and easy to use.
