I’ve spotted a consistent visual bug on the Monzo Flex ‘edit payment’ screen and wanted to flag it for the UI team.
When adjusting the monthly payment slider, the app calculates the interest payable in real-time. During this calculation, the central loading spinner appears as a squashed oval rather than a perfect circle.
I can’t attach a screen recording, but the image does show the difference:
The Central Spinner: Squashed/Stretched horizontally.
The Bottom-Right Spinner (Upcoming Payments): Remains a perfect, uniform circle.
It looks like the container for the interest tooltip might be incorrectly scaling the animation asset. It’s a small detail, but it stands out to me.
