Issue: When using a virtual card connected to a joint part, the transactions aren’t searchable, they don’t appear in google docs connection and they don’t appear in the API.
Details to reproduce: Make a purchase using a virtual card connected to a joint pot.
Below are 4 screenshots, 3 purchases and one search.
All purchases are created by myself via apple pay, 2 used a virtual card and 1 used the joint card.
The £23.54 used the joint card - this is searchable and has come through the API and Google Sheets
The other two purchases aren’t findable with categories, price or name.
This affects all purchases we’ve got setup such as bills going for a virtual card or like in the screenshot expense tracking.
I have the same problem. Can’t see virtual ard transaction in the csv export or google sheets auto-spreadsheet connector. Makes this feature useless, and its paid for.
I have the same issue. I have just connected to the api for the first time through terminal on Mac with a python script and pulled every single transaction as a CSV. Or so I thought. I realised immediately, that any transaction done through a virtual card is not pulled into the CSV and nor does it come into the google sheet. It makes the api essentially redundant and useless. I personally run a zero balance in the current account and have a number of virtual cards set up to pay direct from pots. I therefore can’t use this for budgeting. Come one Monzo - do better.
