Update interest rate automatically

In my Monzo, I have an easy access saver account at Shawbrook, 0.9% AER. Recently, Shawbrook provides the same saving account for Monzo but the AER increased to 0.97%. Will my existing saving account automatically change to the latest Internet rate? I found my account is still 0.9%AER.

Changing interest rates within Monzo

Why do you not increase interest rate on existing Paragon savings pots? Do you really have to manually withdraw from the old one (0.15%) and redeposit to get the 0.30% now being offered?

Our providers have been raising old rates this isn’t something that we normally shout about (unless you’ve got one of these pots) Whenever our partners raise the rates you should get an email and your Summary Box will be updated on the day they are updated to reflect the new rate. We are pushing our partners to raise rates to make sure the Monzo marketplace can help our customers save.
