Hi there. Until IBANs are available, is there any chance of the top up limits being increased a bit? I’d love to keep using the current account and card for day to day spend, without pulling money out of the savings pot. Totally understand having a limit on card topups generally. Thanks!
Can IE accounts not apply for limit increases?
Nothing in the app suggests you can apply for anything… just a big €0 and “You have reached your limit”

If you go to the home page and in the search bar at the top start typing “Request a Limit Increase” does anything show to allow you to request it?
Only options to increase payment limits for bank transfers and card payments out of your account, nothing for increasing top ups into your account unfortunately. Thanks for the ideas!

Hey @stack0487, I completely get that that is less than ideal (to say the least) but we are working as fast as we can to get IBANs soon. Hang tight! We’re still ironing out a few creases at this early stage of the process, but thanks for this feedback, it’s super helpful!

Just a suggestion but could the team potentially allowing increased top up limits by card even on a temporary basis until IBANs are introduced not be used here to alleviate pressure both on yourselves and the user here? Not sure what restrictions Monzo face around that yourselves as a regulated entity
