The new app has not been rolled out (does anyone else have this issue?)

First, it would be delivered on past Friday, then on past Sunday, then yesterday.
Today support answer my question via Chat and they told me they did not have “the exact date” and “Sorry that we cant [sic] give you more information about this”

Does anyone else have this issue? Or I am the only one
