I don’t think this has already been answered but I apologise if it has.
I live in Derby which isn’t exactly close to :mondo: Towers but I could easily jump on a train (given a few weeks’ notice in order to arrange something with work).
Will I be excluded from getting access to the preview in the first few rounds as I’m not London based?
I was thinking this, I live in the north west even further! I mean I wouldn’t need as much notice because like you say I can just jump on the train, I suppose I could ask this at the open office on Tuesday if we don’t get an answer on here, (I’m sure we will)
No — the first one tomorrow is for London based people (because of the short notice) but we definitely won’t discriminate just because you don’t live in London!
If we got an invite to the event tomorrow (Thursday) evening, does that mean we’re getting alpha access to the current account, or is it an informational event? The invite says to bring your phone and ID so that sounds positive…
Those who pledged to invest but were not selected and have signed up will get early access, but maybe not as early as those who were successful. Hopefully that makes sense
I notice some people are at an event tomorrow. If you signed up to test it and you were (successfully) part of the last crowdfunding round can you still be waiting for an invite?
Apparently not members of the public have been invited before investors because you had to register interest I signed up the day after and I’ve had no invite funny really because we own part of monzo i would love to be apart of the preview Still though I’m paitient enough to wait for my investor debit card ! I’ve got a list of questions ready for the open office on Tuesday
It’s already been stated a few times in the thread that the invites that have gone out now are London only due to the short notice, seem as though your north west based you wouldn’t of got selected for the London meeting, doesn’t mean you wont be for the north-west one.
