Not sure if itā€™s something planned, I know this is still the preview, but something Iā€™d like to see is ā€˜4 weeksā€™ as an option when setting up a regular payment. For those of us who get paid 13 times a year every 28 days :+1:
Loving the CA so far, still lots more looking forward to trying out :smile:

So how quickly are the current account debit cards arriving?

I got my TestFlight invite on Monday 11th and completed all the detailsā€¦

This is a real biggie for me, I can do it with First Direct and I know other legacy banks offer it, so Iā€™ll expect Monzo to offer this when the full CA goes live.

I have my salary paid into Monzo, have setup a couple of standing orders with no bother, and have changed all but 2 of my Direct Debits to the Monzo CA now, so all in all a fairly successful transition :grin:

However, I canā€™t see any of the Direct Debits that I have setup in the appā€¦
Will these appear after the first payments are collected in the same place as the standing orders do? Or am I missing something?

Has anybody else setup a Direct Debit, and can see it within the CA app?

Iā€™ve set up DDsā€¦ They can take a while for them to show, I believe I read somewhere that some of them might not show until the first payment.

I know my app currently doesnā€™t show all the ones I know Iā€™ve changed.

I have about 10 DDs set up and they all appeared after about 5 days. These will be shown in-app along with your SOs.

  • Every Four Weeks

  • Last Day of Month
  • Last Working Day of Month
  • Quarterly

I just REALLLLY want to be able to set start of month date on the targets rather than assuming itā€™s the 1st of every month.

Where did you get that list from? There is no option for 4-weekly payments on my app. All I see are the options shown in @DanF508ā€™s screenshot:

I get paid 4-weekly and many of my reoccurring payments go out the day after I get paid. It helps me to better budget. Iā€™ve just transferred my salary to my Monzo CA to help with the trial, but tbh if 4-weekly payments are not offered when the full CA comes out, Iā€™ll be putting my salary back into my legacy bank and perhaps drip-feed my Monzo account, 4-weekly!

I found the page I went to. Itā€™s this one https://monzo.com/current-account/live/

No mention on that page or the next regarding requiring to be a UK resident. I even put in my Spanish postcode

I got it from the First Direct app. I was giving a list of the frequencies that cover most, if not all, eventualities. I recommend Monzo adopts this list of payment frequencies.
