Why is our Monzo Community contact silent on this? Monzo come on here very quickly to promote their new products, but just ignores contributors’ requests for explanations and clarifications.
Because people will overlook it and still purchase the new products

I had absolutely no idea the shop still existed. Want cake now.
Completely forgot to update my Sainsbury’s order last night before the 11pm cut off. I realised at 11:01pm and I was fuming 
To make matters worse, we had a few things in our basket, but the order only came to £45 and the minimum to use our delivery pass is £50 so they charged a £7.50 delivery fee on top.
I’d used Monzo this time around because of a cashback offer I have, so I froze my card to stop them taking payment overnight and called them in the morning to cancel the order.
All things considered, it could have been worse, at least I didn’t stick a few bottles of whiskey in the basket to reserve the slot and end up getting stuck with them.

I don’t think it’s advisable to give a 5yo a bowl of corn flakes in Makers Mark.

It is really daft at times. Bring back the days Alan would storm in and back of the 
for everyone.
Other than the fact I prefer whisky to whiskey, that scenario really doesn’t sound like a complete disaster 
If this happens and I get blocked, I may have to re-use the existing ones.
