Up this morning for the annual stress of trying to buy next year’s Crucible snooker tickets. If I have a str-ke or heart attack it’ll be when I’m trying to make Barry Hearn a bit richer than he already is.
Then the drive to Sheffield for the match tonight. Lunch with mum tomorrow, and a visit to dad.

I have a slightly dodgy right knee from an injury as a teenager so don’t want to aggravate that. But I find overly squishy shoes make me feel imbalanced and like I’m gonna fall over. Day-to-day I wear minimal/barefoot shoes.
I had been thinking of getting the Vivobarefoot running shoes. But would be worried about making my knee worse. Been using zero drop/barefoot training shoes for my lifting and they’ve been ace. Currently using the Vivo Motus Flex, Reebok Nano Zero’s and have a pair of Velites Minimal 1.0’s on the way
