Issue:
As of the latest iOS update, when I click the profile button in the top left to switch between my personal and business accounts, it takes 5 to 10 presses on the profile name to actually switch. It’s like the button is dead - the animation is unresponsive until suddenly it works. This has only appeared on the latest update. The rest of the UI is working fine.
Secondly, the bug report link in the iOS app takes you to a broken link page in the community forum.
Thirdly, the button to sign up to a community forum account doesn’t appear on iOS - I had to switch to my desktop to make this post.
Fourthly, my HSBC connections suddenly don’t work this morning and reconnecting them fails without any explanation.
Monzo UX is suddenly slipping!
