We use the joint account pots to manage things like the monthly food budget. For example we set a budget of £450 a month and when we get paid I put £450 in a food pot.
As we spend money that’s for food we go to the food pot and transfer that back in to the main account.
When you select a transaction from your list of recent transactions it would be good to be able to “withdraw this amount from pot”. It would make monthly budgeting that much easier.
Pots aren’t just good for just long term goals - they are great for seeing where you are in any given month.
