Issue:

How can I create a separate group in the Monzo app for the money I transfer to my other bank account?
For example, I often transfer money to my Capital One account. But in the monthly category report I don’t see these transfers because they aren’t linked to any category, and it’s not possible to assign one. How can this be fixed?

Tap the transaction > Tap category > choose another category.

Are you based in the UK?

You should be able to change it to Bills or Finances with the standard Monzo categories, or if you’re a paid member you can create your own.
