Sonos with ceiling speakers in kitchen, bathroom and my office
Sonos play in dining room
Alexa in kitchen, office, bedroom and living room
Hue lights in bedroom, dining, living and hallway (hall motion activated due to stupid position of light switch)
A hue compatible lighting strip under kitchen work surface, which is motion activated
Genius hub (formerly heat genius) smart heating with valve and motion sensors in each room. Rooms only heat up when they have people in them. This is great as I often work away so traditional timers don’t match our lifestyle. The sensors learn usual times rooms are occupied and pre-heat, but if you don’t show up they go off after 15 mins (configurable)
Everything hooks into Alexa, so heat, light and music can be voice controlled, or I can use the relevant apps. This is great due to a medical condition I have, so no getting up and down.
I have
5x colour hue lights
1x normal hue light
nest thermostat
1x hue light strip
hue white and colour ambiance
2x hue ceiling lights - Phoenix one
3x google homes
Everything is good except strip light when I turn on bedroom lights and it turns on…
