it’s too slow for me to send money to pots.

  1. add money
  2. scroll down
  3. from monzo account
  4. switch personal & cashback, oh i can’t
  5. change cashback to pot to transfer to
  6. now switch
  7. amount & transfer
  8. and then the same 6 steps again to adjust more pots, that’s a sore pain point

before i’d hit one button and i was already in the transfer menu.

‘why not select the pot you wanna transfer money too’.. 1. hidden pots, too many steps. 2. i want to stay on transfer screen until i close it.

all this cos sorting option wouldn’t work but there’s been day to day instances where this overthought solution has jammed smooth user interactions.

Swipe to Pots > tap Pot > type amount > add money?

If the money you add to Monzo is over £100, also tap payment sorter within transaction.

this doesn’t solve the pain points I mentioned. what was the point in your response, you stated an action i already wrote i do. the bar is real low here.

The sorter was my second suggestion. If it’s not working as it should, delete your app, restart your device and then reinstall the app.

The first part of my reply stands.
