Awareness through education, ease-of-use for user controls, ML, identification per registration and trust. Really good ways to help protect against deter the bad guys! Good to see you are taking security very seriously and are doing so from the ground up.

Have you guys considered offering customers one time card numbers?

If you had a pool of pre-paid card numbers that were issued out at the click of a button for a 5 minute period which only authorise against a specific value, expiry and CCV you are effectively moving from a system with fixed details on a card to, nearly random information that means each transaction is linked to the specific account.

This way there would be no way to obtain a card number and use it illegally.

I know some companies tried something like this a while back including PayPal, but it didn’t go anywhere, but it could be a really cool temporary internet card.
